Who We Are

At Writ Writer, we are dedicated to advancing the constitutional rights of prisoners by providing unrestricted access to the courts. Our mission is to serve as a reliable, tech-assisted, and readily available legal advocate for every defendant. We specialize in the intricate field of post-conviction remedies, with a focus on serving federal inmates.

We strive to prevent over-reaching prosecutors, under-performing defense attorneys, and laissez-faire judges from exploiting defendants’ ignorance. We are committed to ensuring that justice is achieved without the judicial system breaking laws in order to garner more time in prison for the defendant than the law calls for.

Our services extend to filing post-conviction appeals to address ineffective assistance of counsel and/or over-sentencing issues. We also address issues created by the prison system, helping inmates effectively utilize administrative remedy tools and file for habeas corpus relief.

In addition, we offer services related to compassionate release, understanding the profound impact such a release can have on the lives of our clients and their families. We stay abreast of the latest legal developments to identify any changes in law that could potentially impact our clients’ sentences.

We are committed to providing personalized legal strategies tailored to each client’s specific circumstances. We believe in the power of second chances and the importance of thorough, meticulous legal work. We invite you to reach out to us for a free consultation. Let us put our extensive legal experience to work for you.

Our goal is to demystify the system, assisting those in prison with any and all problems that call for written solutions. We aim to ensure the best results are achieved from the point of arrest to the moment of transitioning back to society.

Writ Writer is more than just a service - we are a partner in your journey towards justice. We are committed to making a cost-inclusive, tech-assisted, readily available, and reliable means of legal assistance accessible to all. We invite you to join us in our mission to secure justice for all. Let’s write a new chapter of fairness and equity in the legal system together.
